Kann Glide weg?

Build me the one mobile-friendly data app I would have made in Glide. Requirements:

- Do not rebuild the no-code builder, build the single app: a CRUD portal over
  one dataset. Example to implement: a client directory with jobs and
  statuses; swap in my real columns at the top of the schema file.
- Node + Express + better-sqlite3, server-rendered with htmx for inline edits,
  no build step, no frontend framework.
- Import: a script that loads the Google Sheets CSV export the Glide app
  currently runs on into SQLite.
- List view with search and column filters, a detail view, add/edit forms, all
  laid out to work one-handed on a phone screen.
- Access for a small trusted crew: one shared secret token in the URL path,
  read from .env, served over HTTPS on my VPS. No user accounts.
- /export returns the current data as CSV so I am never locked in.
- No telemetry; the data lives in one SQLite file I can back up by copying.
- Out of scope: a drag-and-drop builder, per-user permissions, native mobile
  apps. When the app needs to change, I change the code.
- README: import steps, deploy notes, and how to rotate the access token.
