Kann Lokalise weg?

Build a personal replacement for Lokalise in an empty repository.
Use Next.js 15, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, and one optional machine-translation API; do not offer alternative stacks.
The core loop is: manage translation keys, screenshots, and review work for a small product team, preserve context, import and export standard files, sync with CI, and publish approved strings.
